I received this for Christmas, autographed, and love it. It spoke to me in so many ways. I just had to stop reading several thimes to think about things brought up on the pages. Things I could identify with and things I didn't know.

You get a lot of behind the scenes savvy about piano tunings and retailing of pianos, but it's the characters (real) in the book who set this apart as a fine read for someone who loves the piano as an instrument, and loves being a pianist.
