    Joy Music Studio offers individual music lessons (from ages 3 to 101) in alto sax, cello, clarinet, flute, trombone, trumpet (beginner & intermediate), guitar, harp, piano, violin, viola, & theory (beginner to advance).

    Home-schoolers are welcomed & Joy Music Studio gives a certification to home schooling students for their music educational requirements.

    Our tuition fees for music lessons are: 30 minutes is $20; 45 minutes is $30; 60 minutes is $40 (Students ages 7 and up are recommended for a 45 minute lesson each week.) Lessons are available Mondays through Fridays from 3PM to 9PM!

    Joy Yoo is the director & teacher of Joy Music Studio since 2008 as well as the co-director of Joyful Sound of Music Ministry. She is specialized in teaching little ones, ages 3 and up, and instructing beginner to advanced students in piano, viola, and harp. She started her music education from the age of six and has been under the tutelage of diverse musicians from Curtis, Temple, & Juilliard. She enjoys teaching with a B. M. in music education with a piano concentration at Temple University's Boyer college of Music & Dance. Throughout her undergraduate degree, she was on the Dean's list, in the honor society (NSCS, PTK, & GKIHS) and had a cumulative GPA of 4.0. She is actively involved with the Joyful Sound of Music Ministry with her siblings. They travel extensively to perform music with the cello, flute, harp, piano, viola, violin, and vocal singing in the community. She also plays and performs regularly for all occasions.
