    Introduction
Mitch, the Ultimate Multi-Instrumentalist! I am a graduate of the famed Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY in oboe performance, but teach and perform all the woodwind instruments as well as guitar, banjo (5st, 4st), mandolin, and anything else. Locally, I have performed with Oregon Symphony, Third Angle Contemporary Music Ensemble, Salem Chamber Orchestra, occasional soloist, numerous amount of local musicals, and playing banjo with Molly Bloom. The most interesting job I did recently were teaching the Tyrolean Zither to Silas Mitchel (Monroe in the show) of Grimm, and also the guitar to a guest actor of the show. Check me and my music om @ http://www.myspace.com/mitchtheultimatemiltiinstrumentalist. Also like "Mitch the Ultimate Multi Instrumentalist"

    My Teaching Background
I have been an adjunct private music instructor at Lewis & Clark College, Corban College, George Fox University Univeristy of Portland and Multnomah Arts Center as well as maintaining my own studio.

    My Teaching Philosophy
I offer a positive learning environment with a lot of encouragements. I do not believe in talent. Even talented people can fail if they don't maintain it. Anybody can learn to play music. It's already in us!

    Rates And Availability
The location is usually at my place or at any of the colleges I teach. All of those colleges encourage adjunct instructors to teach students from outside of campus. I prefer not to travel. I charge $30/30min, $40/45min.$50/1hr (as of 6/01/13).
