Well I've finally started to chomp away at putting together two different books. At first, I thought I could have them both done by April. Now I'm realizing that writing is a very loooong process. It's also difficult to be working on two books simultaneously, so I've pretty much been focusing on the improvisation book for now, as I think that one will take longer than the guitar book. Hopefully I can have the improvisation book (working title: The Improviser's Workbook) done by April. Although I am dedicating all of my free time (what little of it I have) to writing these books, I'm really enjoying the process. I hope they fill the void that (I feel) currently exists within improvisation and guitar education. I'll update my progress from time to time on here.
