    About MeContact Me
    Introduction
    Music is fun
Two of the most popular computer games today are “Guitar Hero” and “Rock Band”. Together they have sold more than 17 million copies. These games are fun to play, but they’re only games – with just a little bit of effort, you could become a real Guitar Hero (or a real trumpet titan or violin virtuoso)!

    My Teaching Background
Lessons in guitar, piano, voice, violin, trumpet, flute, clarinet, and more!

Experienced instructors – our average instructor has been teaching more than 20 years!

Suzuki, traditional, and recreational approaches to learning are available

All ages—we’ve taught students from under 5 to over 75!

    My Teaching Philosophy
Playing an instrument develops important skills like the ability to concentrate on a task, the ability to follow performance instructions and the ability to work with others to perform an ensemble piece. In addition, musicians are the center of attention at a performance; they develop the ability to handle the pressures of being “in the spotlight”.

The combination of interpersonal skills with grace under pressure creates leadership ability. It shouldn’t be a surprise that leaders in every field are musicians. A complete list would fill an encyclopedia, and would include U.S. presidents , astronauts, inventors, social and business leaders
